RETURN POLICY:

RETURN POLICY: REFER-A-FRIEND

We reserve the right to suspend participation in the Refer-A-Friend Program in the following situations:

(1) Two or more referrals return their purchases

(2) A referror makes two or more purchases using Reward $$ and subsequently returns those purchases

(3) Purchases are made by different referrals using the same credit card number

If participation in the Refer-A-Friend Program is suspended, all accrued program Reward $$ will be forfeited.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

A. Within forty-five (45) days (fourteen (14) days for skincare) of shipment, you may exchange any of the following items for a full refund: (1) Any book in its original condition. (2) Any unopened media (including VHS tape, video, or cassette tape). (3) Any other item in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

B. You can order a new item now and return the original item later for credit. However, we will need to charge your credit card for the second item. Once we receive your return, we will credit your credit card for the cost of the original item, minus shipping. Please contact CustomerService@SuzanneSomers.com to arrange this.

If you want to exchange merchandise, Please contact CustomerService@SuzanneSomers.com to get your RMA number.

REFUND POLICY:

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item in accordance with you obtaining an RMA number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (with the exception of Reward $$) within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of our receiving your return.

Reward $$ can not be used to generate a cash refund, and will not be credited back to your account.

We do not refund shipping or handling charges nor are we responsible for return postage.

If you are returning a gift as the recipient of that gift, you will receive Reward $$ for the value of your return, which must be used at SuzanneSomers.com within 60 days of the receipt of your return.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from SuzanneSomers.com.

Should you need to contact us regarding the status of a return or exchange for which you've already been issued an RMA number, please email Returns@SuzanneSomers.com.

We cannot accept returns shipped via FedEx or UPS from a non-U.S. address. If you request an exchange we will pay shipping charges for the item we ship to you. Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on items we ship to you.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

1. Gift certificates do not have an expiration date and can be redeemed at any time.

2. Gift certificates must be redeemed through the SuzanneSomers.com Web site, www.suzannesomers.com, toward the purchase of products listed in SuzanneSomers.com's online catalog. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for the purchase of products at any other Web site operated by SuzanneSomers.com, its affiliates, or any other person or entity.

5. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.

Orders are typically sent to our delivery company for shipment the business day following order placement (business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays). Expected delivery times are:

Ground = typically 1-5 business days after being sent to our delivery company depending on location.

Expedited = by the end of the second business day after being sent to our delivery company .

Express = by the end of the next business day after being sent to our delivery company .

1. Customers placing international orders will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative who will quote the exact shipping charge for their order. They may accept the actual charges or cancel their order at that time.

2. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will be sent Ground Delivery.

3. All Canadian orders, including chocolate, will be shipped ground. Canadian customers will also be charged Customs clearance, duties, and taxes. Those charges will be collected, cash on delivery, when you receive your package. These charges are billed strictly by Canadian Customs and are not connected to SuzanneSomers.com's shipping and handling charges.

4. Because of weight and dimension issues, certain products will ship via Ground only.

5. All U.S. chocolate orders will ship Expedited and $8.00 will be added to each shipment of chocolate. If there are multiple items in addition to your order for chocolate, the balance of the items will ship via Ground.

6. Certain items carry individual shipping charges, which are calculated according to the special weight, dimension, temperature, or handling characteristics of these items. The shipping and handling for these items will be listed separately on the checkout page.
